Ingredients:
1/2 Kg Bitter Gourds
3/4 Kg Beef Mince
2 Eggs
1/2 table spoon Red Chili Powder
2 Tomatoes
4 cloves Garlic
Small piece of Ginger
As per need Bread Crumb
Salt to taste
Method:
Cook mince with garlic, ginger, salt and red chili powder till it tenders. Cook the bitter gourd in another pot after removing their peel and seeds. After these both are done, chop these together and add eggs. Prepare patties, coat with bread crumb and fry. Garnish with lemon and coriander leaves.
