Herbal Tea For Losing Weight

They say a sound body keeps a sound mind but if the body starts getting fat instead of being healthy, the health leaves from there.

Obesity is itself a disease. I know we all are hopeless when we are bounded up by obesity.

As usual, I have a golden tip for you today; a herbal tea from which you can get rid of your excess fat.


For that you will need,


Water:                                  4 cups

Fresh mint leaves:           about 20

Black Cumin seeds:         1 tsp

Green tea leaves:            1 pinch

Fresh ginger:                      A half inch small piece


Add mint leaves, cumin seeds and ginger in water and let them boil.  When the water boils down to 3 cups then add a pinch of green tea in it. Cover the pan with lid and turn off the flame.


Drink this concoction when it is luke warm. It will be more effected if you have it empty stomach. You’ll start seeing the results within a month.

Take a pinch of Cumin (Zeera) with tap water and swallow it just before feeding your baby. You will feel the difference after a couple of days.

Bitter Gourd Patties For Sugar Patients

1/2 Kg  Bitter Gourds

3/4 Kg Beef Mince

2 Eggs

1/2 table spoon Red Chili Powder

2 Tomatoes

4 cloves Garlic

Small piece of Ginger

As per need Bread Crumb

Salt to taste


Cook mince with garlic, ginger, salt and red chili powder till it tenders. Cook the bitter gourd in another pot after removing their peel and seeds. After these both are done, chop these together and add eggs. Prepare patties, coat with bread crumb and fry. Garnish with lemon and coriander leaves.


1- It lowers down your sugar levels.

2- It prevents type II diabetes without drugs and changing your diet.

3- It protects you from diabetic complications like Inflammation, kidney problems, heart attack, diabetic feet etc.

  • Apply oil at your scalp with the finger tips softly.
  • Soak a towel in warm water.

  • Let the goodness of oil soak into the roots for at least half an hour.
  • Remove the towel and wash your hair with a good moisturizing shampoo.
  • Apply conditioner (optional)
  • Repeat after a week.
