We can keep ourselves fit and healthy by gently pressing the pressure points of our feet which is directly linked to the discomfort in our body through the nerves. Cook mince with garlic, ginger, salt and red chili powder till it tenders. Cook the bitter gourd in another pot after removing their peel and seeds. After these both are done, chop these together and add eggs. Prepare patties, coat with bread crumb and fry. Garnish with lemon and coriander leaves.
